Group coaching
is done by teleconference, and most sales and service coaching
groups meet twice a month, for 60 minutes per call. Each group
generally includes 10-100 participants. Group coaching is comprised
of two types of sales and service participants:
- The
first is for employees within the same sales and service organization
who are geographically dispersed.
- The
second type is comprised of individuals within the sales and service
profession, but are not in competition with each other, based
on geography.

service professional in either type of group coaching can easily
